Delete User Data

This page explains how to request deletion of user data from AgentIQ, what verification may be required, and what records may still need to be retained for governance, legal, or security reasons.

These public pages describe how AgentIQ handles access, data, and controlled execution.

Operator routePolicy before action

Product, privacy, and deletion language stay aligned with the governed runtime model used across AgentIQ.

Requesting deletion

AgentIQ currently handles deletion through a verified support request rather than a public self-serve delete workflow.

To request deletion of user data, email [email protected] from the account email associated with the workspace or provide enough information for the team to verify account ownership.

Information to include

Providing complete request details helps the platform team confirm identity and scope the deletion correctly.

  • Workspace or tenant name
  • Account email address
  • Connected provider details if relevant
  • Whether the request covers a single user account or an entire tenant environment
  • Any timing or regulatory context that affects the request

Verification and connector revocation

Before deletion proceeds, AgentIQ may request identity or workspace-admin verification to prevent unauthorised removal.

Users should also revoke any third-party connections they no longer want AgentIQ to access, such as Google or other OAuth providers, from the provider’s own security settings.

What deletion covers

A verified deletion request is intended to remove or anonymise stored account data that is no longer required to provide the service.

  • Profile and account records associated with the request
  • Stored connector metadata and access relationships where applicable
  • User-generated platform data that is no longer required for service continuity
  • Cached or derived runtime data where retention is not required

What may be retained

Some limited records may need to be retained for legitimate operational, security, audit, fraud-prevention, or legal reasons even after a deletion request is fulfilled.

Where full deletion is not possible, AgentIQ will retain only the minimum necessary information and limit further use of that data.

Timing

AgentIQ aims to acknowledge verified deletion requests promptly and complete deletion within a reasonable operational timeframe.

If additional verification, dependency review, or legal analysis is required, the requester may be contacted with an updated status.
