AgentIQ Terms of Service

These Terms govern access to AgentIQ, including use of the governed AI runtime, integrations, connectors, and controlled workflow execution.

1. Introduction

AgentIQ is a governed AI operating system designed to support business orchestration, decision support, and controlled automation across connected systems.

These Terms govern access to and use of the AgentIQ platform, including integrations, connectors, and AI-assisted features.

By accessing or using AgentIQ, the user agrees to be bound by these Terms.

2. Nature of the Service

AgentIQ is provided as a governed AI-assisted platform for business workflows and may include experimental or evolving features that can change without notice.

3. User Responsibilities

4. Account Connections and Integrations

AgentIQ supports external service connections through OAuth and other secure authentication methods.

By connecting an external account, the user authorises AgentIQ to access approved scopes and acknowledges that revoking access may affect platform functionality.

AgentIQ does not control the availability, behaviour, or policies of third-party services.

5. Governance and Execution

AgentIQ uses a governed execution model. Some actions may require approval, validation, review, or escalation before execution.

AgentIQ may delay, restrict, or block actions based on policy, permissions, or risk. Users remain responsible for reviewing and approving actions when required.

6. AI-Assisted Functionality

AI-generated outputs in AgentIQ are advisory and may require human review.

AgentIQ does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of AI outputs, and users remain responsible for verifying results before acting on them.

The platform is designed for controlled and transparent AI use, not autonomous unsupervised execution.

7. Availability and Performance

AgentIQ is currently offered in a development or early-stage environment and is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.

  • Performance may vary
  • Features may change, be removed, or behave unpredictably
  • Data persistence may not be guaranteed in all circumstances

8. Data and Security

AgentIQ is built around tenant-scoped isolation, secure credential handling, and controlled access to connected systems.

No system is completely secure, and users remain responsible for securing their own accounts and access.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, AgentIQ is not liable for direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the platform.

10. Third-Party Services

Use of those services is subject to their own terms and policies, and AgentIQ is not responsible for changes, outages, failures, or third-party data handling practices.

11. Termination and Access

Users may stop using AgentIQ at any time.

AgentIQ reserves the right to suspend or restrict access, disable connectors or features, or remove access in cases of misuse or policy violations.

These Terms may be updated from time to time. Updates are reflected in the last-updated date shown on the page.

Continued use of AgentIQ after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
